We are an out-of-network provider, which means we do not bill insurance directly. However, many of our patients receive partial or full reimbursement from their insurance company. We can provide you with a detailed superbill (receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We recommend calling your insurance company to ask about out-of-network physical therapy benefits before your first visit.
-
Your first appointment will be the most comprehensive evaluation you've ever had. We'll take the time to understand your injury history, how knee pain is affecting your daily life and activities, and what your goals are. Then we'll assess your movement patterns, strength, mobility, and identify exactly what's causing your pain. From there, we'll create a clear, individualized plan to get you back to running, training, or simply moving without pain. Most patients leave their first session with a better understanding of their injury and a path forward.
-
Absolutely. Even if you've been dealing with knee pain for months or years, physical therapy can help reduce pain, improve mobility, and strengthen the muscles around your knee to better support the joint. Our approach focuses on progressive strengthening, manual therapy, and movement retraining to help you manage symptoms and stay active—without relying on pain medication or surgery.
