Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

No, South Carolina is a direct access state, which means you can come straight to us without a referral from your doctor. If we determine PT isn't the right fit for what you're dealing with, we'll point you in the right direction.

Do you accept insurance?

We are cash-based and out-of-network. We don't bill insurance directly, but we do provide superbills you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement. We also accept HSA and FSA payments.

What's the difference between your services, how do I know which one is right for me?

A good rule of thumb: if you're dealing with a recurring or acute injury, Orthopedic PT is your starting point. If running is your sport and you want to understand why you keep breaking down, Running PT and gait analysis is built for you. What does a first visit actually look like?

Your first visit is the most comprehensive evaluation you've likely ever had. Your physical therapist spends the full session understanding your history, identifying the root cause of what's going on, and building a clear individualized plan, no guessing, no generic exercises handed to you on a sheet.

I've done PT before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

Most people who come to us have been through PT that focused on managing symptoms rather than finding the actual cause. Every session here is 1-on-1 with your physical therapist, no techs, no divided attention, no rushing through a shared clinic. The goal isn't to get you through a set number of visits. It's to find what's breaking down, resolve it, and send you home with the tools to stay that way.
